For a year I thought I had Faye helping me on my discharge upgrade but turns out that she wasn't doing the right thing. Going through the VA and not the DOD. I sent her several emails wanting to know what was going on or what I should do and after 3 months of no response I called the office and talked to someone on the phone. We cannot say enough about Faye. She was kind, professional, and consistently available. A family member of mine was turned down twice for Social Security benefits.
