Hi everyone I just want to warn anybody going to Mindspeak focus groups, held at H&P Law firm, that they have changed and are now first come first serve. I have worked with the company in past and things have changed for the worse They overbook just to end up turning people away. The very last line of the confirmation says.. first come, first serve at the very bottom. To me that's not being transparent enough and they actually act bothered when several people question them on this. Where is the humanity? People actually have to take the metro bus to get there, just for them to be turned away. There is no compassion or empathy when that happens. Would you want that kind of team working on your case? I wouldn't. Do better Mindspeak. Las Vegas Field and Focus or even Eric Roy Law firm are more professional.

LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! This law firm runs regular focus groups through MINDSPEAK. They book 15 participants, but only accept 12 on a "first come, first serve" basis. This system inevitably wastes some participants' time and energy. If this is how they treat their jury participants, I can't imagine how they conspire to waste the time and energy of paying clients. You can't cut corners and expect not to create papercuts in the process. Look elsewhere for focus group money (unless you understand that there is a chance that you will be turned away) and look elsewhere for a law firm if you're in the market.

Had a great experience! The team, including Fikisha Miller, did an excellent job taking care of my case. I am a physician, and they went above and beyond for making sure I was protected. They were always responsive, and made everything very straightforward. Would recommend to any other professionals, particularly if this is your first time interacting with the justice system.

I can not say enough about this amazing lawyer's office! If you need a personal injury attorney that will fight for you look no further than this law firm. My case was a tough one and I had lost most of my hope of just getting my medical bills paid, until I got placed with this lawfirm. The lawyer I was assigned to Fakisha Miller, cared, was personable, encouraged me to fight for myself. It was a struggle but with her help we pulled through. She encouraged me to know I deserved compensation for what I was going through for years, and am still going through today. She won my case for me for alot more than I was ever expecting. Her assistants, boss, and staff members there were all just as amazing as her. They are a firm that fights for you. I still have a long road ahead of me, but thanks to H&P law I don't have to worry about this part anymore. Thanks again to everyone there that helped me through this, couldn't of done it without you!
