I am very disappointed with my experience with this law firm from beginning to end. My case was a simple policy-limits settlement, and it should have been handled efficiently. Instead, I was sent through months of unnecessary chiropractic visits, MRI scans, and orthopedic appointments even though the policy limits were already known. This prolonged the case without clear explanation and caused unnecessary inconvenience. Communication was one of the biggest problems. Emails often went unanswered, and I frequently had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates. Important information about the settlement check was unclear and inconsistent. When the settlement check finally arrived, I was not properly informed about pickup timing. After being told the check would be ready, I still had to wait at the office. The attorney was not present and the process felt disorganized and unprofessional. Overall, I felt like I had to chase information throughout the entire case instead of being kept informed as a client should be. I expected professionalism and transparency, but unfortunately my experience did not meet those expectations.

We weren’t planning to get a lawyer, but on top of my daughter’s injury, the situation was overwhelming. Laura Ajlouny at Habbas was sympathetic, experienced and sharp! She took care of handling both insurance companies, the police department, and getting all the info needed from the hospital. We ended up getting more compensation for my daughter’s distress than we would have on our own. And we only had to pay for legal fees out of the compensation we received. It was a no brainer. Just called and looks like they used a call center to filter calls. Not sure. Lady said cannot hear me and just hang up. Not a good look for them wondering how many calls and business they had lost because of this. First impressions are the most valuable image for a business. Oh well. I need to find help somewhere else.

Has a drunk driver ever hit your car on thanksgiving/your birthday. Probably not. But unfortunately that was my birthday present this year. A totaled car while juggling holiday shopping/ planning. I was in a car accident recently, and was referred to Habbas and Associates by my boss. I called and I spoke with Jessica who made everything so easy from the beginning. She kept me informed throughout the entire process with phone calls and emails. I really appreciate that she gave me the option to pick up my settlement check at either one of their offices or have it mailed to me.
