Tegan was super helpful and friendly and nice. She actually made me feel heard and understood and seen as an actual person, not just a case number. Tegan is very transparent and clarifies anything I need to understand what is happening so I never feel like I am in the dark. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, there is no one I would rather have handle my case.
