This is the second time Ive had to use the services of Adam and Aaron at Harllee and Bald. Both times, we achieved a positive and successful outcome. This most recent litigation was 4 years of hard, complex grinding on something that wasnt your typical personal injury litigation. Adam and Aaron went above and beyond to secure a win for me! Not only did he take the time to speak with me and learn about the situation, he reviewed my contract and emails, called me back in a timely fashion, and gave me actual legal advice without a payment. I called around as I am a new business owner and wanted to make sure that I got someone that understood my business and cared. Aaron is definitely that person. We hired Harllee & Bald to help us with some very complex and high stakes vexatious litigation. Kim Bald was the lead attorney with Adam as he second chair, but most if not all of the lawyers got involved to one degree or another. First let me say this....I am an attorney myself and am no stranger to the law and lawyers. I can say without fear of contradiction that Kim is the finest attorney I ever worked with, here in Florida or in Big cities like NY. She knows her stuff, she handles herself well, she takes no guff from annoying and unprofessional opposing counsel and most important, she always comes prepared for anything. She has terrific bedside manner and is extremely practical. I know that in her heart and mine, we had a winning case and that it would likely be a good fight and almost surely a win. But she was wise enough to guide us to a smallish settlement while forgoing the fun of the fight and the fees she’d earn. Adam is a stellar lawyer - he’s had great experience and it’s given him tremendous judgement. He too has the right touch with clients and I can’t recommend him more highly. A fine lawyer and a very decent down to earth guy.
