I wish I read these reviews before engaging with this firm. I would agree with the other people who are commenting about Jeffrey Hartkop's condescending tone towards women. Based on my experience, I felt that he feels threatened and challenged when an intelligent woman asks questions, even his own client.

Such a wonderful Great lawyers they’ve Ben a family to me very understanding people they will get you what you will deserve and they will fight for you to the end. I really appreciate all what they did for me. Thank you everyone

If I could give 0 stars I would. One of the rudest men I have ever spoken to, clearly doesn't respect women or women in the auto no fault industry. Very disappointed at the way he spoke to me when I was trying to advocate for a client. Ended the conversation with Jeff hanging up on me and yelling "Never call me again". Never been talked to so disrespectfully during a professional phone call.

I spoke in my native tongue to my mother whom was there for moral support. Jeff literally leaned half way over the table and screamed at my mother that she better never speak in another language in front of her. My mother starting shaking and just repeated sorry. We were in a state of shock, left there quiet. I spoke with him the next day and he took himself off my case. He was upset because I wouldn't settle, and he didn't want to do the work for trial. The rest of the family were nice people. Unfortunately, he is not. He only serves himself. I wish for no one to be treated disrespectfully because they look a certain way or speak a different language. He's a racist, biased individual!

I hired this firm due to an auto accident in November 2017, I was hit head-on driving 55 miles an hour. A tow truck was at fault. Mr. Hartkop is a very kind and sincere man, in fact everyone I have worked with in that office is. They are constantly in contact with me, explaining things in great detail. I greatly appreciate all they have done so far and would highly recommend them.

He s great atternoy care compassion are his best attributes. He is a personal injury lawyer.
