They came recommended but you can only fill out the form on line and you can’t follow up with a call or voice mail. I filled out the form a week ago and no one has responded. I did mention I hoped to speak with someone before my Aug 20th deadline

If I could give 10 Stars I would. Attorney Hayber was what I would call the perfect attorney. Anytime I had a question I would receive a text or email right back. Amazing service in my case I can’t say enough about it. Highly suggest anyone that is thinking of hiring him do yourself a favor and do it. Negotiating skills and customer service were top notch in my winning case. Also the paralegal Kathleen was amazing!! Keep up the good work guys !!! Can’t recommend them enough.

Here are a few of the things that I liked when I was represented by Mr. Hayber last year in my winning settlement against a mexican restaurant that owed me a ton of money. -he is very accessible, I felt that I could call or text either him or his paralegal and receive a good update. -He is diligent, he sweats the details. - He breaks down very easily in layman's terms where the restaurant business is cheating you and why you are owed. -he talks to you like a regular guy. -lastly, he's very experienced in employment law/restaurant wage disputes. thats why I was comfortable going with him because he's done this before many times and won, and that was the case with my settlement. all in all I would go with him again if I ever had another issue with wage disputes with employers.
