Very bad customer service And also, they not tell true about the case, what's going on. They don't want to show settlement paper, which is that customer right to ask for the copy or email very low management, very late respond?

Talk about “don’t count your chickens before they hatch!” 😅 I previously left a bad review regarding my case with Heidari Law Group because I was frustrated with the settlement I initially received. At the time, I was very disappointed and let that frustration lead me to post a negative review. However, I want to correct that. My case is now fully settled, and I’m actually very happy with the new settlement that was offered. Things worked out much better in the end. I appreciate the effort that went into resolving my case, and I felt it was only fair to update my review now that everything has been finalized. Sometimes patience really does pay off. 👍
