I hired Rob for a custody case and it was a very big mistake. He completely over charged me. It was simple custody case. He did not have to argue for me nor negotiate. He charged me for 1 hour phone calls which ends up being $310 dollars per hour. I don't have one call on my call log history from Rob that wasn't over 20 minutes. i completely understand custody cases can be very expensive. Before this case even made it too court he charged me almost 10 k. He did not have to deal with the other party. He did not have to negotiate. He really didn't do anything except file a petition to which the other party did not respond too. So he decided to rack up phone calls and other miscellaneous charges.
