Planning for the unknown is easy to put off, but we have seen families suffer without an estate plan. Jennifer was a pleasure to work with and made the process simple and easy and now we can rest easily knowing our family will not have to go through probate!

Hermance Law did an outstanding job helping my parents create their living trust. They truly made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming experience feel smooth and comfortable. From the beginning, the entire team guided us step by step, explained everything clearly, and even provided a bilingual translator (Carla) to make sure my parents felt completely at ease. Jennifer Romero, Carla, and the whole Hermance Law staff are simply the best. Working with Jennifer was such a relief. She made the entire process easy and was incredibly patient as we navigated through some tough decisions. They were proactive, getting all the paperwork organized ahead of time, and answered all our questions with care and compassion. My parents had put off setting up their trust for years because they were nervous about the process, but Hermance Law turned it into a positive and reassuring experience. I highly recommend Hermance Law for Trust and Will creation! We were very late to start the process and they made it quick and easy. Their (especially Jennifer Romero) professionalism was obvious from out first meeting which gave us great peace of mind. Don't wait. Make your wishes known, take care of your estate business so you can live your life knowing you did everything you could to make things easy when the inevitable comes.
