Call to inquire about pro Bono services that are listed on the website and the woman who answered the phone told me that probono is not available I made her aware of the website saying that it was she said they would check that out and then proceeded to hang up on me what if I had the $450 an hour.
As a local real estate broker, I have used and referred clients to Russ on many occasions over the years and will continue to do so.
Very capable, well versed in business law, quite willing to explain options and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend the Hermes Law Firm. Russ Hermes and his firm’s paralegal, Brooke Polehonka, handled my real estate case with professionalism and excellent responsiveness. Russ Hermes resolved my case in six months to my satisfaction after my first lawyer failed to close my case after two years. His firm was able to handle my case remotely which was also important to me. I do not live in the area and after an initial face-to-face meeting, all matters were handled by email, phone or paper mail.
