On May 7th 2025 I was involved in an accident. I was not at fault and the other drivers insurance was trying to minimize the incident I saw a commercial and made the call to Herrman &Herrman . I was hurt and needed to see a doctor They gathered my information and were able to set up medical treatment . How ever things did not go as well as you see on the commercials. I was referred to a couple of different doctors and there were long time spans in which they could see me There were long times between follow ups . I had to call and let them knowI finished treatment and also declined further treatment from one of the doctors which when speaking to the Attorney he let me know this was my decision and what ever I decided was up to me . When It was all said and done .I was called at the end of November we were going to wrap it up . It took Still almost 6 months before I was able to see my settlement because the doctors they used were haggling over payments I tried not to bother any calling once or twice a month and finally got the call letting me know it was settled this May . It took a year to complete The staff was very friendly and professional and I know I am not the only client but I will think hard if something like this happens again . Also I was not to happy to find both Attorney and Doctors came out better the I did . That’s because I lost time from work and I went through 4 months of therapy . Like anything results will diff from case to case I am not mad but just a little bummed

Her attorney finally got her a settlement over a year and half later . Now Herman and Herman is holding her settlement hostage . Stating that they are entitled to a large part of her settlement. The greed of this law firm is shameful. I understand that they have the financial means to stretch this out. But most she suffered , missed work and incurred medical bills., I guess what they portray on their commercials is not a true representation of there business practices.

Had a bad experience with Herman and Herman! Got hit by an 18 wheeler, and they didn’t even want to fight for me they took the easiest way possible and offered me the least after my pain and suffer age didn’t even cover my days that I had to miss work for how much pain I was in. I do not recommend these attorneys. Medical and the attorneys collected more money than I did! STILL wouldn’t recommend Hermann and hermann just saw a commercial again and it enrages me how they failed me.
