Please do not even consider using attorney Buddy Huntley not only will you receive no communication from them unless you reach out first you will also have nothing done on appropriate timelines. I have filed multiple Bar complaints against him one of which is he will try to get you to use his fake company golden bear funding to keep a larger portion of you settlement if you need an advance to get by because he will drag you case out so long. This attorney is the definition of ambulance chaser he does have 1 or 2 people who actually work but unless you reach out to them first your case will drag on for ages please find a different attorney! There is so much more I just don’t feel like typing a 10 page essay.

They don’t properly communicate with their clients, they will tell you they can get you a better amount but that’s a lie when it comes to the final amount. I went from an offer of $1500 cash and $5k for medical bills expenses to them saying they got $2600 and I get 305 out of that. Then when I said something about it they randomly threw on $150?

I agree on everything that everybody is saying because I had them I had an accident 2024 there are no good believe me they hustle you out of your money and you end up getting nothing they do not try to work for you they work for the hospital and get the money from the lawsuit that not giving you enough money, I wish that I would have never pick them to handle my case because they are too damn high they charged me $42 percent on my money and then do a damn thing so yes they are hustlers and corn artists, so please please stay away from them I would never refer anybody to them.

Over a year into my case and I still have little to no clarity about where things stand. Repeated requests for updates and documentation were not met with the transparency I expected. Because of this, I felt compelled to file a complaint with the State Bar for further review. If communication, accountability, and clear case updates are important to you, ask very detailed questions before hiring this firm.

Got into a truck wreck a few years back and only received 3k for me and my daughter…..I know they hustled me telling me to take the offer after waiting 2years, the lady Shannon on my case received a promotion after 2 days from getting me to settled these people will scam you if giving the circumstances beware and do your research

It’s been almost a year since my accident with no resolution. Pretty much gave up all confidence that this firm is doing the right thing by me. Which is confusing especially since all the other reviews they got seemed excellent but my experience has been the complete opposite. And still waiting with minimal updates….

A friend recommended this firm to me and I was not disappointed. Very professional and helped make handling my case much easier.
