I worked with Greg at Hoole&King on a recommendation from another cyclist. He freed me up to focus on recovering from my injuries and succeeded in getting far more money than I expected in settlement to help with ongoing costs that insurance doesn't cover. He was courteous and kind in every interaction and always seemed concerned with my well-being beyond just being another case. I'm sure he does great work for all of his clients, but I really felt that he understood my experience as a cyclist, and that gave me extra comfort with him.
Greg and company were cordial, attentive, and genuinely concerned with my case. I appreciate the effort and thoroughness of their assistance.

Roger is a terrible lawyer. Takes weeks to get a call back for super simple matters Worst experience I’ve ever had. Unprofessional, poor use of time, and above all I had to beg him to call me back after he took my money. Once he got my deposit he essentially dropped the case. Many better option in the area that do a much better job. I got twice the work done in one month with another office vs the 6 months I wasted with him

As I worked with Greg Hoole through my case, I was particularly impressed with his desire to keep me in the loop with every development. If I happened to not notice his emails, he would attempt to call or text me to make sure I was not caught off guard. Additionally, he went to great lengths to make sure I got what I asked for and gave me appropriate guidance. I can not think of anything he did that I was unhappy with. If you are looking for a lawyer within his fields of expertise, I would highly recommend him.

I was hit by a car while cycling and despite my efforts to negotiate and be fair with the insurance company, they did not want to reciprocate fairness in return. I reached out to Greg Hoole and today I am happy with the settlement he helped me obtain. I didn't want to go the legal route, but the insurance company left me no choice. I highly recommend Greg Hoole and his team. They are effective and responsive.
