I do not recommend Kevin Holmes in child custody. He told me these custody agreements can be amended at any time which I have figured out is false. He lead me to agree to something that he said I could amend and now I'm having to hire multiple other attorney's to fix his mistakes. Also when the order was written he did not review it at all. Sent me to sign and I caught multiple mistakes. He has to ask the opposing attorney how to calculate child support. Not sure where he got his law degree but he might need to go back. Crazy that Crawford County voted him in as prosecutor. I hope he does a better job as prosecutor than with my case. Also he doesn't respond to emails or calls and was too busy trying to win his prosecutor position while he was "working" on my case.

Kevin Holmes is an incredible person. He represented my Kids as me and their mother went through an ugly civil battle! Mr. Kevin Holmes did not get biased for one party or the other, rather, seemingly looked at the facts and made a sound judgement on those things. Good Man of God also. Mr. Hopkins is an excellent attorney! He knows his job well and as a result we were well prepared and thorough in our documentation, and our case went smoothly. But more important than his knowledge and experience was his demeanor. I can best describe it as like calling up an old friend for a favor or asking your favorite neighbor to borrow a tool. We never once felt like strangers. At no point did we feel judged or criticized. It felt as if Mr. Hopkins had made his entire purpose in our lives his mission to help us to the very best of his ability. There were many reasons we decided to file, including a brief period of homelessness, and we were already feeling so terribly down. We were wounded and struggling and Mr. Hopkins became sort of a symbolic point - the end of our old life and the start of another chance. And through the entire process his kindness and gentleness made all the difference!
