James Hornsey is an excellent attorney. All family law cases are complex, but having someone like Mr. Hornsey on your side will bring some stability to the situation. He will always shoot you straight and tell you what you need to hear, even if it’s not what you want to hear. He can come off as stern, but I can honestly say he genuinely cares for his clients and their families. I would highly recommend Mr. Hornsey to anyone needing an attorney.

I always find it interesting when someone who I’ve never met, to whom I’ve only spoken with on the phone, and who hasn’t hired me to provide services leaves a negative review.

I’ve not had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Hornsby in person but he is currently helping a close family member of mine get out of a very vulnerable situation. I liked that he asked for a reasonable retainer and immediately proved himself worthy of more to come. Good straightforward vibes from the start and thanks to him I am confident of good things moving forward.

James has went to bat for me in the past and helped me for years with the extremely long and nast custody battle that I endured fighting to get and retain custody of my 2 girls. He is professional, empathetic and very helpful. He will shoot straight with you every step of the way even if it is not what you want to hear. Absolutely at the top in his field.

Mr Hornsey was exceptionally kind and understanding. Was able to get answers to any questions I had with plain English. No legal terms that I couldn't understand! Cost wasn't as expensive compared to other attorneys I have spoken with. Fast and efficient! Will definitely recommend to any who need help of any kind!

"When you need an Absolutely Horrible Man on your side.... James Hornsey, Attorney at Law! The Arkansas Soul-Stealer!" James is a highly competent family law attorney. He is one of a few Washington County attorneys I refer friends to when I have a conflict in their case (friends with both parties, for instance).

I appreciate the confidence Tina has in my ability to provide competent and professional services and her willingness to refer clients to my office. The humor of and sarcasm associated with this review and Tina's comments may be a little lost and out of context now, in that it was itself a response to a Google reviewer (actually, the mother of the woman who left the comment about me being deranged) who removed her own negative review after I responded to her claims and statements.
