Mr. Horton and his staff are the epitome of professionalism . We worked on an individual case and it’s was . difficult on my side as I didn’t understand the process, and how things worked. Mr. Horton made it very clear. He had extensive experience with a very high wind rate after that he helped me get through each and every step of the way. Mr. Horton still and answers my phone calls and remembers me every time I call. His staff is absolutely kind into the heart when it comes to issues that you may be having . If you have a question, that’s outside of his service realm call him anyway he’d be happy to look up what he can and can’t do for you and if there’s anyway that he can help you out, he will.
