When I called a guy named Sam answered the phone. He was extremely rude and hung up on me the first time then when I called back he told me that none of the attorneys would be in today and I couldn't speak to anyone about my claim and potential lawsuit. I have nothing bad to say about the attorneys but if Sam is this disrespectful with everyone that calls it's a wonder Howard has any clients.
