Carlo P. Was the assistant who was assigned to me. I will say on the surface he is convincing. If it wasn't for me doing my own research at the last minute and withdrawing my c&r. Which when I emailed him to let him know that, he called me back within 1 minute after ghosting my previous 2 emails and a no show to the appeals court date. Telling me how it was to late(not knowing I had already done my homework). Long story short I threw out a number that ended up being 55% more than what I was going to agree on previously. Your welcome for the extra $$$ guys. Me not being educated enough or familiar with the process and being able to gauge the insurance companies tone probably left another 55-70% on the table. So thank you guys for that. Bottom line this guy isn't the guy you want negotiating on your behalf or at least he didn't negotiate hard enough on mine and would have left me financially worse than what I ended up with.
