It's rare when I visit or contact a business and feel compelled to immediately rave about the experience. My phone conversation with Joanna, intake coordinator, this morning was informative, helped me determine next steps for the care and financial considerations for my age 94 mom, and maybe most of all made me feel like I had a knowledgeable, caring soul on the other end of the line. We got so much help with getting my mom eligible for Medicaid after her stroke. She sadly passed away soon after and they were there when we had estate business to tend to.
