My experience with Injury Lawyers of Nevada, and specifically attorney Jared Anderson, has been extremely disappointing, frustrating, and emotionally damaging. My case was originally referred to them by Downtown LA Group — which was already a difficult experience — but I truly believed this firm would fight for me. Unfortunately, they did not. From the very start, I felt like my case was rushed. I wasn’t only trying to hold the company responsible for my injury accountable — I was determined to pursue the individual who directly caused the harm. That was an essential part of seeking justice for me. But instead of exploring every legal avenue, they decided not to pursue the individual simply because they assumed he didn’t have business insurance. Without doing a deeper investigation or truly advocating for me, they just walked away from that part of the case, treating it as if it “wasn’t worth it.” This was not only insulting, but it left me feeling powerless — especially because I know this individual does have assets. What makes it worse is that they were more than willing to move forward with a small settlement from the company, precisely because the company had business insurance. In other words, they took the easier route — settling quickly and quietly where insurance money was guaranteed — instead of fighting for the full justice I deserved. That “quick fix” settlement was rushed and handled carelessly, and it showed me that their priority was getting paid, not truly representing my best interests. Because of their negligence and lack of communication, I’m now dealing with unresolved medical bills that were never addressed before the settlement was finalized. As a result, my check has been withheld for over six months, and there’s a real possibility I may not see any compensation at all. What makes this even more devastating is the emotional toll. I had to relive a deeply traumatizing experience just to move this case forward. After years of hoping for justice and accountability, I’m left with nothing but frustration, anxiety, and PTSD from the entire ordeal. The fact that they chose the “easy” insurance payout over fighting for the individual’s accountability has made me feel completely abandoned by the very people who were supposed to be on my side. In the end, I don’t feel like Injury Lawyers of Nevada fought for me. They didn’t go after every option or push for true justice — they just took the easy money and moved on. If a case becomes complicated or less profitable, they’ll drop it, leaving you to deal with the consequences alone. My experience has been deeply painful and disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who truly wants an attorney willing to fight for all aspects of their case — not just the ones that are convenient.
