I DID WHEN I CALLED BENJAMIN ALLRED FOR A PROBLEM WHICH WAS NOT IN HIS AREA AND HE STEERED ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION TO GET THE INFORMATION I NEEDED WHILE TAKEN MANY MINUTES TO EXPLAIN TO ME THE UTAH INSURANCE SETTLEMENT PROCESS.
