My case was passed on to Amy Ivan after 2 years of procrastination from a different firm. After another year, my case was settled and they took their 40%. Well, 8 years later there is still 90k+ with an insurance lein. The strategy was to wait. Well, waiting is something this firm is good at, and you better be as well if you hire them. I have been waiting for over a month just to get a phone call or an email update. I lost my job and will have to sell my house if I cannot get this resolved. If that happens, well I will need a new lawyer to go after them for damages, from their incompetence.

Amy and Micheal are literally the best lawyers I've ever met and good people having a married team working for you is priceless they are Both amazing at there jobs. Never mislead or over sell a outcome I've had them represent me in criminal and civil. Matters all with satisfactory results. There a real family who really care about what happens to. There was nothing easy about my case and it took 5 years to settle everything. Insurance companies, I’m convinced, are evil and immoral people who do not care about your wellbeing and Attorney Amy Ivan and her husband are the angels that God sends you to help get through the war. I’ve never personally met anyone at this law firm and they helped me get through every last interrogation, legal obstacle, negotiation, and emotional outburst. There were times I wanted to give up, but with their counsel, patience, integrity and wisdom, we saw it through and the end results were in my favor. These are the types of attorneys that remind you that there is still some good left in the world. I am forever grateful for this team and even though I hope I never have to hire them again… they are the only lawyers I would ever hire again…

I haven’t had an update on my case in a year now . I leave voice mails and send texts still no response!!! Highly disappointed DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

My experience with this law firm was much less than I had expected. Although the service was great, however, the results were not even half of the grief I suffered. I did not get one cent of the $4800 lost in wages. I feel they did not give their all to get back what I lost.i started out speaking with Amy but ended up getting the final decision from Michael. I'd preferred to have gotten it from Amy. Oh well, that's how the cookie crumbles.

I was referred to this firm from my previous attorney. At first I was skeptical and confused but my first conversation with Michael was very detailed, and he laid it all out for me.
