I do not suggest them for any Trust work. They said they would like to handle our case. But after a week of leaving messages to call me & my brother they never returned a call. The best business practices would have been to call and say after discussing this with my partner. It is just not something we are willing to take on at this time. But no, they just leave you hanging. Do not recommend them at all.

I’m disappointed with Mr. Jackson’s performance and apparent lack of concern for his commitments throughout our experience with him. After exercising patience, I inquired about this, and ultimately received an unapologetic, sharp and dismissing rebuke. I can not recommend this kind of service to others Based on the response below, I must point out that Mr, Jackson decided to communicate with me. If he was not supposed to communicate with a “non-client” then he was mistaken in doing so. In reading your response below, folks will decide if you are the kind of person with whom they wish to interact.

Mr. Walters, you are not, and were never our client. We did not represent you and you were told that several times. If Mr. Jackson gave you a "sharp and dismissing rebuke," it is probably exactly what you needed. We are absolutely committed to serving our clients well. If you need legal representation, we would recommend you actually hire an attorney, rather than just complaining about the ones that have a duty to represent someone else.
