Very unfortunate James hires people like Angela to be the mouth of the firm. Angela Cook at Sound Law. In my opinion, she seems more focused on defending clients regardless of their actions rather than seeking justice. I felt that ethical considerations were not a priority in my case, and this left me questioning her moral compass as a legal professional. If you are looking for a lawyer who prioritizes fairness and integrity, I would recommend exploring other options.

Me and my dad were kind of a pain to deal with but they handled us with patience. My dad has a hard time walking so we did 90% of the work on the phone. James had an employee drop off all our paper work after doing the will over video call. We paid but I didn't understand notaries so I held the will for a year before learning it wasn't notarized. They took us in fairly quickly to notarize it all and even though we made it difficult it was actually a really easy process and now we have peace of mind for the future. Appreciate everything they do.
