So far my experience with this lawyer has been a negative one. I have called this firm for the past 3 days 2/10, 2/11 and 2/12 and have been told all 3 times that the lawyer (Mark) I am trying to get ahold of is never there or he just doesn't find it important enough to call me back. Then when I call another number that this Mark lawyer originally called me from at 8:52pm at night I get a very crouse attitude from the man that keeps answering my call for the days that I have called here. Really!!! I won't call you again because your Firm is not going to make me feel like I am doing something wrong by trying to get a free consult from one of your Wrongful Employment Lawyers!!! Thank you!!!

James has been exemplary in his role in my ongoing case with school and work, which in my specific case go together. James sniffs out injustice like a hound dog. Mr. Tarquine is forcing a proper investigation to be conducted before a ruling is made which, until he intervened was not happening. Mr. Tarquine agreed to represent me when I was having trouble finding a specific lawyer for my case due to the surrounding circumstances of it being between both work and school. James adapts to the occasion and holds everybody accountable for their actions. James is a straight shooter and lets you know where you stand with your case which I really appreciated because like many people, I am unfamiliar with how these proceedings are supposed to occur, which is easy to take advantage of in the eyes of school and employers. James has been taking every necessary step to ensure that does not happen and the situation is being dealt with in an appropriate and just manor. Mr.Tarquine operates with calm professionalism and is very easy to open up to. James Tarquin is the best attorney I've ever met! He took my grandson's case and was very thorough in explaining everything involved. He can write a motion that cannot be beat. The charges were dismissed, end of case! He will be our forever attorney. He truly believes in what he does. If you need someone in your corner, he is the one! Mark is also badass! Not happy with how my daughter‘s case was handled. She did have 4 charges one being a felony for a vape pen that had synthetic marijuana. He pled Out the felony, which is great, but then she was nailed for all 3 other charges. She was assured she would get a BPO. Then when she didn’t, they said oh, we don’t have control over what the state of Florida does. We paid him $5000 to not even show up in court but one day. I’m not saying there wasn’t paperwork involved but I’m sure a public defender could’ve done the same thing and saved $5000

Mr. Tarquin is a Badass Defense Attorney! He took total control of the situation from day one. He makes you feel like family. He hates bullies. Also, he has awesome office staff. He will be my attorney for life.
