Jim Terrell is a GREAT attorney!! I was referred to him by a friend/former client who also used his services and was completely SATISFIED!! Jim Terrell interviewed witnesses for my case and did an extraordinary job at utilizing his expertise in court!! Of course, before I hired him I did my research. I am glad I made my decision and went with this attorney. He is a highly qualified attorney and I would refer him to anyone who needs legal expertise and prompt assistance. I have never been in court until my case, needless to say i was nervous. Mr. Terrell clearly explained everything that i did not understand and helped me. He is a personable man and I appreciate him taking care of my family and winning our case.

Sloppy attorney! Courtroom ability was awkward and lacked basic procedural knowledge. Inept personable traits during my son's trial, appeared to offend jury members. Appeared to lack efficacy and empathy for the defendant. Would highly NOT recommend this attorney for ANY type of case, especially one before a judge. Ask to represent yourself if he is the last attorney. This is my opinion based on several days and many hours of observation and interaction.
