Called only cared about mone. Smart ass Lawyer on the phone. Absolutely do not recommend

I called here this morning to discuss hiring them to take over my son’s case. The gentleman on the phone was rude and dismissive. I was immediately treated like it was over nothing but monetary value. When in all actuality, I’m trying to make sure all of my son‘s medical bills are taken care of as well as any future bills coming up for damages left from the accident. So it leads me to believe unless they feel you’re getting several million don’t waste your time here These people care about money. Not people

2 days before anyone got back with me

I had a insurance case. Í was a passenger. He could of easily had someone else help me with my case and not bothered with my frivolous case. But the two years to settle, he was the only lawyer i spoke with on the phone or in person. It was very personal and referable. Thanx Jay

I used Janssen Law Center for an accident I was involved in. From the time I emailed them to the time my case was completed. I had nothing but professionalism from them. I emailed them with my case and the next day I had an email stating come on in and we will get the ball rolling. I met with Mr. Janssen and he assured me they would do everything in their power to help, and they did! I'm glad I didn't try and go at this alone. It would have taken me forever to figure out. Melanie who works with the law firm was amazing! She was able to figure out all the insurance claims(which BTW, my insurance is not the easiest to deal with) and took care of all the paperwork for me. I'm glad she was on my team! All in all, I am glad I had Janssen Law Center on my side. I pray I never have to use them again, but If I do I know I will get excellent service!
