I met with Jared and his team shortly after my accident. He was very knowledgeable about my rights and the entire process. My accident was in the end of May and we reached a settlement before the end of August. He made sure to reach out to me throughout the case and left me without questions. Very thorough, professional and organized. Would highly recommend reaching out if you have the need!
My husband and I contacted Mr. Gainey after I was referred to the law firm. We had an issue with our above the ground pool builders building a poorly constructed pool. They wouldn’t contact us to correct the problem. Anyway Mr Gainey explained in detail the pros and cons of possible outcomes in detail. He and his assistant Ms Linda were great in helping us to get a desired outcome. Luckily for us his demand letter which explained Florida statutes etc was enough to get the builder’s attention and we have our pool that’s so far still stable. I’m so thankful that helped and thankful for Mr Gainey and his team. If we have anything else we will call them again.
