I especially want to highlight Wendy — she was the person I spoke with the most, and she made everything so much easier to understand. She explained each step clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and was always so kind. I truly appreciate all the hard work the team put into helping me with my settlement. I wanted to start an asylum case and they told me that they were not going to take my case because truthful information was needed. They were very misguided in accusing me of having false information.
