Eliza Jasinska is excellent!! She is professional, kind, thorough, and she honestly cares about her clients.
⭐☆☆☆☆ I strongly caution anyone considering working with Eliza Jasinska or her firm. My experience was deeply disappointing and damaging. She consistently failed to communicate, missed critical follow-ups with the opposing side, and allowed the case to drag on for over a year without progress. Worse, she attempted to send a demand letter filled with false and inaccurate information — which we had to correct line by line, despite previously providing all the accurate facts in writing. She tried to send that letter without our review, which we had to insist on. After months of delays and poor handling, she ultimately dropped the case, leaving us with no resolution after we had done our part repeatedly to assist and clarify. Her lack of professionalism, ethics, and attention to detail cost us the opportunity to pursue a valid claim. Be very cautious. This is not the type of representation you want or deserve.
