I contacted their law firm on Tuesday March 1 and they responded within 24 hrs so I appreciated that. The woman I spoke to was asking a few questions. I was trying to answer her and explain my situation and ask her questions however, she rudely interrupted me three times, she became argumentative and confrontational. She accused me of twisting her words around. She completely escalated the phone call to a negative experience…enough to make me want to post a Google review. All I was trying to do was receive some legal advice. She wasn’t even an attorney. Im sure Jason’s firm does a great job, idk but what I do know is this individual should NOT be on the front line representing this law firm. Absolutely horrible customer service and I hope Jason reads this review and speaks with her. I did get the legal advice I was looking for though so I gave them an extra star for a total of three out of five.

I'm sharing my experience because this is the best law firm I've used. They responded very quickly and resolved my case quickly. My Attorneys have great experience in what they specialize in. I give great thanks to their team who fought very hard for me. Thank you, Amanda, Conor, and Jason for everything!

He was very professional, informative and made sure that every point was covered prior to offering his legal advice. I highly recommend his law firm for your legal needs and although our situation didn’t require further legal work, I know I can come to them for legal advice and would hire him in a heartbeat if needed.
