Worst experience with Joseph Dang, he got another attorney without even letting me know, I almost died in a car accident, he end up taking 75 percent and he took 3 years to settle my Case, please be careful

Joseph Dang Law firm in my opinion is the best personal injury firm in the state of California. Joseph & his staff are patient his knowledge of negotiating & winning injury case settlements is very impressive. Joseph knows all the tactics in which insurance adjusters utilize to pay as little as possible for your settlement.My initial conversation with Joseph was a lengthy one one.his tremendous amount of knowledge along with his no nonsense reassuring approach had me honestly excited that I was talking to someone who really was speaking to me like a human being. Initially prior to my conversation with Joseph I had hired an attorney from San Francisco he was very pushy ,aggressive he wanted to settle my case within two months. I wasn't even close to being healed I was very uncomfortable with the way my case was being handled. I decided to go online and that's when I decided to call Joseph dang. My first call to Joseph's Law firm was about 9:30 pm I had a conversation with one of those chat bots who took down all my information and within 15 minutes I was getting a call from Joseph himself at 10:00 p.m. I thought that was outstanding we spoke for a few minutes and he told me he would call me the next day which he did that's when our lengthy conversation ensued.I know for sure Joseph is fighting for me he will not settle for anything less the maximum amount possible for your particular injury..If any of you out there are in doubt about who to hire I without hesitation will tell you to hire Joseph dang Law firm.. his patience has taught me how to be more patient I'm not only consider Joseph my attorney but he also is become my friend I'm not going out on a limb when I say hire his Law firm it will not be disappointed.. another one of Joseph strength is his communication skills always reassuring into the point.

Joseph help me with setting up corporation 3 times! He made the process painless, easy and affordable! He answered all my questions before, during and even after the process! I trust his knowledge in the bylaws of setting up a corporation. He also was objective and gave me positives and negatives in each business entities.
