I don’t have any experience directly with the lawyers, but the woman named Crystal that answers the phone has told me she would call me back 4 different times, she never has. I always have to call for an update, I even made a phone appointment for her to call me and she never did. I guess that should have been my first sign to go somewhere else.

Called, left message, never returned call. Poor service

I met with Mr. Erickson on Oct. 30. The situation I needed advice on has been and still is, extremely traumatizing, depressing and debilitating. At first contact, Mr. Erickson appeared kind, and interested. He listened attentively, asking pertinent, well worded questions, but soon realized mine was not a case appropriate for the firm, but his caring, warm, sensitive treatment (I was almost in tears from what I have been experiencing) convinced me to submit this comment. Mr. Erickson was realistic, but not cruel and took time to explain why he would not be able to assist me, but gave me advice that was on point and made total sense to me, even though I was in a distraught, and near hopeless state of mind. Though he was not able to take my case, he helped me, and showed more kindness and care, then I have experienced since my situation began.
