Absolutely the worst attorney around! Does not return phone calls, does not complete cases, allows for cases to drag out for years without closing or completing the documentation needed. Secretary is pleasant. Jerry, I personally hope that when your parents pass away...that You don't have Estate issues that go unresolved for years on end. So disappointed in your behavior. Picking sides is wrong, didnt represent the case, yet he wrote the WILL (yet NOT following it)! Scamming at its best in STx! What your doing (by not doing anything) is the lowest of the low! Your parents are SURELY ashamed of such behavior from your non accomplished sneaky behavior on a WILL you wrote.

I just want to thank Mr Jerry Guerra for representing me in several different occasions and they all came out in my favor do to the experience and years of knowledge of Mr Guerra and his Firm. They were always on the ball and always kept me updated on things without me having to call them. I would recommend Mr Jerry Guerra and his Firm to everyone needing a great Attorney in their corner. Again thank you for all you have done Mr Guerra. Mr Guerra is also a Veteran and their to help or Veterans.

Gave him a slam dunk case. He is overpriced but I was desperate to get full custody of my son. At first he looks like he would be a good fit and he would fight for you and your family. Little did I know he wouldn’t do any of that. He let the opposition dictate everything. I rarely talked to him personally. Susan his secretary is a sweet heart but there are times she wouldn’t be able to help. He was never prepared and would just read the case report before we went in. He gave me temporary orders of full custody but that was easy bc my sons mom was in jail. So during that time he never notified the attorney general about the situation and now I have $5,000 of arrears. I owe the mother that hasn’t seen her son in three years 5 thousand dollars. Note: At the time of hearings i over paid the attorney general. All because this so called lawyer didn’t file or notify the attorney general. Now he no longer represents me because he no longer wants to do family law so he can practice personal law. Right now my case is still open there is plenty of things to work on with this case. But I don’t have a lawyer to represent me. Even tho I paid him in full. All in all just don’t waste your time with him. He’s not fully committed. Their are plenty of good lawyers out there. DONT SKIP YOU MUST READ!!!! Jerry will do what ever it takes to make sure you win your case..... he will do every thing and anything to stall. Sadly I had Armando G. Who did what ever Jerry wanted. They were room mates ..... should have known better .... well Armando removed himself from my case after honorable My Judge Guy Williams awarded temporary custody of both my kids but sadly some how some way his clients were never held accountable.... then as I attempted to hire another local attorney Frosty fire works .... Jerry text her while in my consultation with her.... he is good .... my God have mercy on your soul and treat you the way you treated me....Lupe M

Met with him. Agreed to hire him. Called and left SEVEN messages over the course of the next three weeks with ZERO returned calls. Called one more time and stated to the receptionist it was my last attempt... that was 3-4 weeks ago with no contact. I can not recommend this lawyer.

Truely an amazing attorney! He knows his information and so does his staff!! Awesome staff! Helpful and listens. Definitely reccomend for legal needs!!

He was the best lawyer I ever had. He listened to me and actually KNEW my case. He is a very smart man. I am so blessed to have had him as my lawyer.

Jerry is willing to do what ever it takes to rip fathers from their children. Even lies and file faulse documents. (You know i now have the proof finally) No remorse and truely a person with zero morals. I just wanted to be a dad and he feels im the worst human to walk the earth. -Lupe Mtz
