I am extremely unsatisfied with my experience with the John Brown Attorney Group. My case began in May of this year, and since that time there has been a consistent lack of transparency throughout the process. Communication has been poor, and obtaining updates has been frustrating and difficult. As a client, I expect to be kept informed and to have clear timelines and explanations regarding my case. Unfortunately, that has not been the experience so far. The ongoing lack of communication has been upsetting and has caused unnecessary stress.
