Attorney Brown and staff are very kind, understanding,professional, helpful and right on time.
Excellent firm with a very Quick process. They keep you updated every step of the way. I would definitely recommend the John Brown firm because they care about getting you treatment and getting you back to your normal life. Not only that they care about getting you what you deserve after an accident. They also got my car repaired asap and into a rental. Thanks John Brown Law Firm. Definitely the ONLY firm ill be returning to in the future if I ever need an attorney.

I am extremely unsatisfied with my experience with the John Brown Attorney Group. My case began in May of this year, and since that time there has been a consistent lack of transparency throughout the process. Communication has been poor, and obtaining updates has been frustrating and difficult. As a client, I expect to be kept informed and to have clear timelines and explanations regarding my case. Unfortunately, that has not been the experience so far. The ongoing lack of communication has been upsetting and has caused unnecessary stress. I hope the firm takes this feedback seriously and works to improve client communication and responsiveness moving forward.
