I signed on with this firm in April for a Lemon Law case involving a brand new Jeep Wagoneer. At first, I had a great experience with Mr. Johnson. Unfortunately, once communication shifted to his assistant Nancy, things changed. Updates are very infrequent. I often go four to six weeks without hearing anything and usually have to reach out myself. When I recently asked for a copy of what had been sent to Chrysler or Jeep, Nancy responded defensively and accused me of requesting daily updates and rushing them, which is simply not true. I have made every effort to be a low-maintenance client and only want basic transparency into what is being filed or communicated on my behalf. What concerns me most is that Nancy cannot even tell me when anything has actually been filed. Instead, she gaslights me. Even more frustrating is that I am repeatedly told something was already done weeks ago, only for the same task to supposedly be done again after I follow up. It feels like the same conversation is happening over and over without any clear progress. Mr. Johnson is helpful when I speak with him directly, but it feels like the firm only responds or takes action when I reach out first. At this point, I am left wondering if they have time for my case or if I need to find another attorney who does.
