This isnt to slander, its just my review as a client. All in all i would say i had an decent experience. This was my first time having to go through a process like this, so its hard to gage what to expect if not informed properly by whom is handling your file. If i may include constructive criticism in a respectful manner; I started this case with my boyfriend, we are not legally partners or married… i was a bit upset when the amount of my file was disclosed to my boyfriend instead of me- the client first…. he had still been waiting on his amount and confirmation and instead received my information. I suppose if i wanted to be private those rights were taken lol. I had provided numerous forms of communication as i work a 9-5 so i could be contacted promptly and return calls if need be, these forms were rarely taken into consideration. Instead other forms, like this case- contacting my boyfriend..The most effective form of communication i had was to ask me to write this review on several different occasions… me however waiting for my boyfriend’s to be settled i decided against making a review, until complete so collectively i could sit and review the whole experience. But i guess it “closes out” the case? As far as speed, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stelar Unfortunately this was the only thing that bittered the experience… and the spam to complete the review.. Aside from that, you can expect mostly radio silence while u go through therapy/ recovery, and at most a periodic check in. Hope this helps…. For a first timer what do i know though right? ….
