I contacted Joe regarding a business purchase and he was very responsive and knowledgeable! He explained everything very simply to me, and guided me every step of the way. Hiring a business attorney is a must and Joe made my dream of owning a small business a reality. I would recommend Joe to anyone that's looking to purchase a business or if you have any questions related to running a business. Joe knows what he's doing!
