5 stars for Joseph just for taking time out of his wonderful Sunday on Mother’s Day to reassure me all my problems will be solved. Credit karma had a terrible glitch declared 1000s of people deceased! He got back to me after business hours promptly and was very patient!! He explained everything in detail and gave numbers and references for me to contact! I CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT and know who to call if I ever wanted to work with someone who genuinely cares about their clients ! First impressions are everything if I could give him 10 stars I would !

Mr. McClelland is simply awesome. I was being reported on my Credit Karma report as “deceased”, and I was absolutely panicked! It was late or early morning on the 13 of May that I reached out to his office. I received a correspondence email by Sunday morning, and yet another on Sunday afternoon (Mother’s Day) addressing my concerns. It turns out that it was a glitch with CK’s site, and all is back to normal. The fact that he responded as quickly as he did and set me at ease on a Sunday that happened to be Mother’s Day was flabbergasting to me and is/was very appreciated. So thank you Mr. McClelland.
