Let me begin with this. Joe is a consummate professional. Life can be extremely tumultuous and navigating its changeless can be a daunting task especially as it relates to family court matters. I found Joe on google and read through the reviews and his website and was very impressed with his qualifications. Particularly the fact that one of the great Califorina Supreme Court justices was under his Tutelage and that he Joe served as a judge. I was first introduced to Joe right before Thanksgiving. He was heading out of town to visit his family and he made the time to take my phone call. He was very empathetic and genuinely concerned for my situation. He stated that he wanted to help me and that he would contact me in couple of days once he was settled in on his vacation. Two days later on a Sunday Joe called. His legal analysis and genuine compassion is something that you don’t see very often in today’s world. He has keen understanding of the nuances of California family judicial system. His 30 plus years of experience is invaluable. I would implore anyone who is reading this review to stop what you are doing and call Joe. I work in an office building in which there are several attorneys. My spouse and I had a serious legal matter. The attorneys in the building highly recommended Joseph Zoucha because he will go to court for his clients and manages hearings with a great deal of success. He is extremely reasonable with his fees, in addition to being very energetic about his work and helping his clients. We are very happy we hired him to solve our case. Joseph has no time for his clients, he takes several weeks to respond, and let’s you know that “it’s not the end of the world that your case is delayed, because he has other cases that take priority.” He reminds you that the price he charged is Pennie’s compared to what others would have charged and expects you to wait until he gets to you. I don’t know that Joseph knows what professionalism is as his tone in emails is snappish.
