After having waited an ENTIRE YEAR for information about a case I sought help in, the ONLY communications I recieved from this office, even after multiple in person visits to retain updates, was a letter saying they could not assist in my claim any longer and a letter stating to seek other counsel before the statutes of limitations were up.
