I had 3 charges and my bond was set at over 1 million dollars. I was facing up to 35 years in prison. Josh got me the deal of a lifetime without selling my soul. I highly recommend josh to anyone who has any legal trouble going on. There were many aspects of my case that weren’t in my favor, and the prosecutors did not want to cut me any sort of deal. We ended up having to take the case to trial after 7 months of going back and forth, during this time josh kept well in the loop and he was very straightforward with me about all the outcomes. During the trial is where i really saw what type of lawyer Josh is. I sat there for 4 hours getting the finger pointed at me by the prosecutors and I was looking pretty guilty. Then Josh started flipping the script entirely, he started questioning the police officer and the prosecutions case started falling apart. He was really in his element in that courtroom you could tell this wasn’t his first time around. After being in that courtroom for 8 hours we left winning the entire case. Josh exceeded my expectations by far, hands down one of the best lawyers ive ever worked with. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family going through any legal trouble.

There are those who settle and take your money for a quick profit and whatever deal they are given, then there are those like Mr. Faett, he doesn’t settle and goes for the best possible outcome, I put my full trust into him and am very glad I did, got my charges dismissed and every step of the way was honest with me, he knows what he is doing and a upon my calendar hearing it gave me a much better perspective, the deals he got, and outcomes thoroughly surpassed everyone else’s in the courtroom, I am extremely impressed with his consistent results not with just myself, if I know anyone who gets in trouble they will be referred to him, there is no substitute for a lawyer that leaves such a imprint of when the prosecutor reads the defense attorneys name, they have to change how they want to approach due to knowing he isn’t going to be a push over and get the best outcome in favor of his client.
