I was arrested and wrongfully accused of something and at the time my wife was scared to death not knowing what to do she reached out to marks office and him and his secretary talked a really good story mark came down to the county jail to speak with me and I shoulda known then he was a joke because my consultation lasted 5 mins he was barely listening and more concerned about his 5,000 retainer now I haven’t been in trouble since I was a good so I didn’t know what lawyers had good reputations at the time and man I wish I did because I was wrongfully convicted and now have a life sentence and spent 4 1/2 years in prison with the evidence and medical paper work this case should have been dismissed with the right attorney I asked mark to do several things like phone records and what not to prove my innocence and he did nothing! Every court appearance he wouldn’t speak up no matter what I was denied bail twice because he wouldn’t speak up and let the DA and judge walk all over him so to make the story short I was pretty much forced to plead guilty to not chance having to go to trial with a lawyer that was doing nothing for me now all these local lawyers work with these prosecutors they play golf together etc do your research before you hire this man because I spent 5,000 to have to plead guilty and now I am fighting for my life back and working with the innocent project because this man did nothing specially when all so called evidence was in my favor proving my innocence he didn’t even put in a motion for dismissal due to lack of evidence or the medical examiner papers proving my innocence with all DNA also coming back in my favor all the motions he did put in were all denied due to errors he made in the motions. This is hard topic for me and my family but thought I would post a real review to hopefully save someone else’s life and families also don’t let him or his secretary fool you when they always talk about he was the first lawyer in the capital district to beat a murder case which is totally false because he was representing one of the defendants and Cheryl Coleman was representing the other and Cheryl Coleman beat that case he didn’t

Juda Law Office has officially become my families attorney. Mark is highly knowledgeable, respectable, and gets the job done. Mark handled a case for me (criminal defense) and a traffic court case for myself and for my husband. He got my criminal charges dropped and my record sealed and lowered ALL of my traffic court violations! His assistant, Kimberly, is very responsive, she listens, and she is attentive. My friend used him when he was accused wrongfully of a crime. He did not take the case seriously at all. He did not properly defend him, and didn’t listen to my friend when he had more information that could have helped his case. After he lost the case, he would not return our calls at all. Do not use him!

Rudest receptionist I have ever talked to. Very nasty and not helpful. Do not recommend.

Somebody I know and am close with used this law office and was treated awfully. There’s a lot of shady business happening unfortunately. Hasn’t been the greatest, hard to get in contact with, won’t talk to you about what is going on, it takes numerous tries to even get an update from him. Do you research people..
