We had a really BAD experience during my 20 week anatomy scan with the radiology technician at the DUBLIN location, so for my almost 32 week growth scan we chose the Walnut Creek location instead. Our prenatal radiology technician, Aaron, was amazing, so welcoming and kind. The room had a calm, comfortable feel, the wait time was not bad at all and the whole experience felt smooth and reassuring. Thank you, Aaron! We will be delivering here and I am a bit nervous

I felt doctor had read my file and understood why I was there. He was very helpful giving me directions about how to treat my injury, and myself during the healing process.

Dr. Rinaldi was very tenacious and skilled in getting my hearing devices to fit just right. She was also very informative, kind and patient.

I've email the lead of the department almost a week ago and have not heard back.Very sad that leadership in your department is not showing any signs of it. I have been in pain for 3.5 months and have only been paying for co-pays, consultations and images as well as inaction. This department used to be so much better. Sadly

The medical team took my injuries seriously, performed the necessary tests, and made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout my stay. The nurses were compassionate and attentive, and the doctors took the time to explain my condition and treatment plan clearly. Being in the hospital after a traumatic accident was a difficult experience, but the care and support I received helped me feel safe and well cared for. I am a nervous patient, particular when its a new procedure that I know little about. From the beginning the entire department put me at ease. They were professsional, detailed, not condescending (to older people that's a big one!, kind, concerned without overdoing it and made the process as easy, and educational, as they could. I felt feeling positive even before the prompt test results showed on my kp computer page. Kudos should be given to each and every member of the group. I'm grateful and thankful for kindnesses shown.
