This lawyer has been harassing me emailing me and contacting me and all of his contact is with the judge NOT me :if he representing the other party client but trying to bully me .. his constant harassing won’t go u recognized rude and pale

So very grateful for the services of Attorney Michael Kaplan. Thanks to his attention to detail, excellent negotiation skills, and perseverance, he obtained an additional $29,600.00 on a homeowner’s insurance (HOI) claim for water damage from a leaking pipe under my bathroom tub. Initially, my HOI company offered $3,700 to repair the damages. I received several quotes to repair the damages yet no companies were willing to do the work for such little money. Michael Kaplan was able to settle on a more reasonable amount that would enable me to get my property to pre-water damage conditions. It is without hesitation that I would refer Kaplan Law Group. It took this company nearly 3 years to settle a routine auto accident claim. No explanation from anyone as to what happened. For auto accidents use someone else.

My husband and me had an extremely bad day three years ago due to each of us had a car accident at different end of town. We had to wait three(3) years for the Kaplan law firm to complete our case. I was not impressed with the level of customer service provided. Since the initial meeting in which we agreed for this firm to represent us, I have never been in contact with the attorney directly for the past three years even though I've requested multi times through the para legal. The para legal was condescending and dismissive to my concerns during each conversation. This as a traumatic experience for my husband and me. The lack of empathy and general dismissiveness was quite frankly uncalled for. Normally I don't write review but the audacity of this firm requesting a review after 3 years of mediocre service is absurd. I can not in good conscience recommend this firm.
