I hate so many people have such terrible thoughts regarding Mr. Kaplansky. He was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. My experience was not bad at all.he got the job done. And I'm grateful for his kindness along the way. He didn't treat me like a case number, but a human being. I appreciated that and him and his hard work.
