The best firm in the Chicagoland area. They handled my family's cases with great care and consideration. Mr. Lambert was always personable and forthright in his analysis and setting expectations for the eventual conclusion/outcome. I will always recommend this firm.
Everytime you call them to get an update seems like they get annoyed and irritated. So unprofessional!

Totally wouldnt recommend this lawfirm. At first they will call you until you give them your case. When they finally, convence you and have your case they dont care anymore. And everytime you call to get and update seems like they get annoyed. So unproffesional!

Be cautious before working with this company. They may say whatever is necessary to sign you as a client, but once you’re on board, they seem to lose interest. I experienced a complete lack of follow-up for 40 days and was met with unprofessional and rude behavior when I called for an update. Cindy, in particular, accused me of calling too often and being angry, despite my reasonable attempts to get an update. This was one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
