Unfortunately, my interactions with Karnas were marked by a profound lack of respect and courtesy. Their conduct was not only discourteous but also characterized by an unmistakable air of rudeness and disregard for basic decorum. Such behavior reflected a level of insolence and impropriety that was both unexpected and deeply disappointing. Would not recommend.. Unfortunate that a company with a reputation like this would permit such unprofessional conduct and disregard for basic customer respect. One would expect higher standards of courtesy, communication, and service.
