I contacted Karnes & Karnes about a serious personal injury case. Alex, the attorney, gave me the runaround instead of reviewing my case. He refused to pull the police report or security footage before deciding, and then the firm texted me saying they were closing my case without even looking at the evidence. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. A law firm handling negligence and premises liability should investigate before turning someone away. Extremely disappointed.
